D Rank: Water Style: Water Armor Jutsu: Shu draws water from around him and creates an armor that can block out fire attacks until the armor is evaporated.

D Rank: Water Style: Aquos Jutsu: This jutsu allows Shu to breath underwater as long as he has chakra to spare.

C Rank: Water Style: Water Manipulation Jutsu: Shu’s specialty jutsu that allows his to manipulate the water around him, even that inside of plants and human bodies at certain times. He can also shape and freeze the water. For example, he could shape the water into a tool, then freeze it, which would be of us in infiltration or combat(ice projectiles). He could also create, say, a barrier, then freeze it for defense. Or maybe make a barrier to trap another for a while. This jutsu could be useful in all areas of the life of a ninja.

Genjutsu: Endless Abyss - This Genjutsu makes the target believe that they're trapped underwater with no visible way out, naturally forcing their brain to halt their breathing.

Genjutsu: Cold Cataclysm - This Genjutsu makes the target believe that the world is being frozen over, striking fear into them and prompting them to flee from the approaching trails of ice. If an opponent makes contact with one of them, then the limb or body part that makes contact with it will be rendered immobile until the brain believes that it has thawed out.

Genjutsu: Sorrowful Revelation - This Genjutsu makes the target believe that all of what they've done in their lives is wrong, forcing them into a mental breakdown and possibly suicide if they are weak-minded.

Sounds lame.

Pulls out a kunai, as the team and two others are waiting for the third round of the exams. "Yuniko! Clouse! Manji Formation! Musahi, hurry up and get back to the academy, they're looking for you. And you, Shu, is it? You're a rouge. Don't mess with my teammates, and I won't mess with your face. Got it? Let's get going. We have to train new jutsu for the third exam. Shu, looks like you're my opponent."

Sheesh dude relax.

"Heh, sound intersesting..." Shu begins to dash around his opponent, searching for a weak spot. There! Water Manipulation Jutsu!" He draws water from the grass and plants around him, quickly freezing it and lauches it. The icicles home in on Kite's left leg. "Water Armor Jutsu!" This should give me some defense. He freezes the water armor onto his body, turning himself into an ice plated warrior.

*asleep*

"Frozen Rain Jutsu!" Ice falls on Shu and breaks the armor. "For one thing, your jutsu is pathetic. For another, we're in the tower, and we have to get going to the matches in a gym stadium to fight there, and third, my name is Raine." Walks away.

"How rude...Endless Abyss!" Shu clamps his hands together, casting his genjutsu upon the dude who so rudely walked away.

Raine put his hand up and broke the genjutsu. "You..are way out of your league here. So stay out of my way."

Shu raises his right hand, putting up a barrier of water in front of Raine's path. He balls his hand into a fist, freezing it into a real barrier. It would take much more than a little ice to break it, stopping him from walking away. "C'mon now...don't leave." Shu gives an evil smirk. "This was just getting fun."

Raine shut him up dude.
