Mods and Admins listen up.

I'm a Moderator myself, so I have to help the team watch things over.
And in my watching, I noticed that you guys are slipping. You aren't looking at the full picture. For example, in Rikku's character profile, just about the whole thing was totally unfair, and you didn't see it because you only approved to get it over with. And, sorry to say, but I don't think that all the Mods are even deserving of the job, because they don't even do it. They only took it in the beginning when we needed all the help we could get to get the power and respect.
Well newsflash everyone, when you do your job like it's meant to be done, you'll get my respect 100%. But until then, I might as well not remind you like this, and sit back to watch the site crash and burn.

Yes Dan Kite is Koga. But Dan some of the Mods are slackers. Hate to say it but it's true.

Well, I believe our team is pretty well stocked right now, but we need to make some adjustments, I think we should wait on it, or say it's in the making so don't reply.

oh and by the way if we were going to make more mods wont we be replacing the other mods

Yeah, so I think we just need to put those mods that are slacking into the course to see if they were really fit for the job, and possibly replace thm with people more efficient for the job? That way it's more fair.

I know 2 perfect for the job but I stripped Marucho of being a Mod. I'm testing him to get his spot back.

Why'd Marucho get stripped? I mean, he was more of a plain user than a mod alot of the time, but he did okay. I think you're right in testing him.
