As usual, Forumotion ensure you provide all that is best in terms of free forums. In this context, and to ensure maximum performance for your forums, we will proceed to a
maintenance on our network Saturday, July 3, 2010 from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM (GMT +2).

During this maintenance, our team will do their best to minimize the impact on your forums. However, slowdowns, impossibility to access the forums, or white pages can occur.

You have no reason to worry, your forums are safe, no data loss is to be feared. This operation and its adverse effects are expected and will be under the control and close monitoring of our team. By the end of maintenance, your forum will be perfectly accessible and more stable than before.

You can now tell your members of this maintenance so they are not surprised to see slowdowns on your forum.

I recall that Forumotion offers two very effective ways to prevent your members:

1. The announcement at the top of every page of the forum: It displays announcement, scrolling or not, in the form of text or images on all pages of the forum.
2. The Newsletter: Send a mass email to all members of your forum who agreed to receive newsletters from the admin.
