I am having trouble making a character profile. Everytime I try to make one there is always something wrong. I was wondering if you could help me.

I just don't get it. Like the cards for instence. How many of them do I need.
And the Bakugan. How many of them do I need. I got every thing else. And I get the fact that you can't use one of the legendary six soldiers, like Exeedra. But why.

1. you need over 15 cards.. but not over 40
2. you can't use the soiliers because only gym leaders can.
3. bakugan can have as many as u want.
